Here's an interesting response from Sara S.
Type II is the most common for our educational facility. For
example, a student was very upset with his grade and demanded to speak
to the President of the College. This male student came in to the
Administration offices are during Christmas Break a couple of years ago
and was very irate, obnoxious, overbearing with a female assistant. I
was at the other end of the area and could hear the student yelling
and could see that he was trying to intimidate the female staff person
using body language and voice. I went out the doorway nearest me and
ran to an office to retrieve the only other person on the entire floor
because I knew in this situation the male could help. Sure enough as
soon as the student saw the male approaching he calmed right down and
went with the male employee into his office. What we tend to deal with
the most are angry or frustrated students.
