At Least His Head Is Insulated

Let’s see. Safety observer? Check. Hard hat? Check. I guess that’s the end of the list.
A contributor sent this photo taken during a trip to Hanoi, Vietnam. “The worker is holding the wires with one bare hand, while holding the aluminum ladder with his other bare hand and hoping the top of the ladder doesn't damage the insulation on the cable bundle,” he writes. “Later on, he climbed higher and placed his foot over the top of the cable bundle for additional stability.”
That is definitely what he needs to be worrying about—insulation and stability.
