Developing Safety Plans.
To change the workplace safety culture, you must start with language. Safety managers and committees need to have the skills to write and implement effective safety plans. What would an incident/accident analysis program look like without a plan? The Hazard Communications Standard requires a written "program" and that means an action plan. This 4-8 hour workshop introduces safety professionals and committees to the basic steps in writing an effective plan. Package contains a 32 page workbook and 16 slides. Workbook and slides are in Microsoft PowerPoint format and may be edited.
