805 Fall Protection in Construction
In the U.S. construction industry, falls remain the leading cause of worker fatalities and frequently result in OSHA violations. It's estimated that annually, between 150 and 200 workers tragically lose their lives and over 100,000 suffer injuries due to falls at construction sites. This underscores the critical need for robust fall protection training.
This course provides comprehensive fall protection safety training, helping ensure OSHA fall protection training requirements. Participants will learn about fall protection systems, how to identify fall hazards, the importance of training, inspection and maintenance of equipment, and rescuing at height, among other topics. Upon completion, students will have the option to purchase a fall protection training certificate.
