This program is designed to provide employees with essential knowledge needed to
create a safe work environment for themselves and those around them. Employees often lack safety and health knowledge,
which leads to hazardous behaviors and workplace injuries. These hazards and injuries can be avoided when employees
are properly trained about how to work in a safe manner.
This program is designed to provide employees with general workplace safety and health knowledge and awareness. This program
is similar, but not equivalent to the OSHA 10-hour Outreach courses. Upon successful completion of this program, you will receive an OSHAcademy 10-hour Employee
Occupational Safety and Health certificate and card.
If you need an OSHA Outreach card associated with the Department of Labor (DOL), please visit our training partner,
Quality Safety Training.

The OSHAcademy 10-Hour Employee OSH Program is similar, but not equivalent to, the OSHA 10-Hour Construction/General
Industry outreach course. Completing the 10-Hour Employee OSH Program will not result in issuance of an outreach card from
the US Department of Labor. The 10-Hour Employee Program is designed to provide employees with general industry safety
knowledge and awareness. If you complete the program and purchase certificates, you will receive an OSHAcademy 10-Hour Employee OSH
certificate and card to document your training.
If you are interested in the 10/30 hour outreach training you may visit our partner, Quality Safety Training. They offer the 10/30 hour OSHA outreach training.
As a matter of policy, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) does not "approve" or "endorse" training
programs. Instead, OSHA has established the employer, rather than the training provider, as being ultimately responsible
for ensuring employees acquire the training and skills needed to perform their duties in a safe and healthful manner.
