OSHAcademy students may request an official transcript be sent to a third-party recipient, such as a college or prospective employer. To submit a request, students must login to their student dashboard and click on the Official Transcript Request link in the Transcript section.
Official transcripts are only available to students who have purchased a certificate package for the training they have completed.
OSHAcademy does not charge a fee to mail up to five (5) official transcripts within the United States using USPS first class mail each calendar year. A $5 fee will be applied to each subsequent transcript request. If you need to mail your official transcripts to a location outside the United States, please contact our office for shipping costs. OSHAcademy uses DHL for all international shipping.
We prepare and mail official transcripts each business day. Incomplete order information may delay the processing of your order.
OSHAcademy takes responsibility for handling transcript requests in a prompt and efficient manner. However, we are not responsible for mishandling by the U.S. Post Office, DHL, or the receiving school or agency.

If you do not have an online account, you will need to register for an account in order to submit a request for your student transcripts. Please allow two (2) business days for your training history to be migrated to your online account.
