You may receive a 100% refund within 30 days of your purchase if no PDF certificates have been issued or original certificates mailed for a course or program. We do not issue partial refunds for incomplete programs. Refund requests must be received in writing by email or regular mail.
Students are encouraged to complete all of their training before purchasing a certificate package. Students are responsible for ensuring OSHAcademy training meets their training requirements before making a purchase.
All fees related to certificate or transcript authentications conducted by the US Department of State are non-refundable. The authentication process involves both the State of Oregon and the US Department of State. Authenticated documents are meant to meet government requirements only, and are not designed to be a presentation document. Only students outside the United States needing to meet a governmental requirement should order authenticated documents.
