The training record card replaced our individual program cards. Students can access their official student transcript, which will include all completed and purchased programs and courses, using the unique QR code or through our website. If you have completed more than 13 OSHAcademy programs, the training record card will filter out the sub programs.

Holgraphic Security Laminate

When you purchase PDF-only certificates, you will access a PDF version of the training record card through your training dashboard. PDF training record cards are not printed on PVC cards and do not include the holographic security laminate.

What is a QR Code?

A Quick Response code, or QR code, is the next generation of barcodes. QR codes are 2D barcodes that can store more than 4,000 alphanumeric characters in a limited horizontal and vertical space. QR codes are used to provide easy access to information through a smartphone.

Note: When a QR code is scanned on a mobile device, many times it triggers an automatic download instead of just displaying your OSHAcademy transcript in a web browser.
